- Copy of High School Transcripts
- A letter of acceptance from a 2-yr or 4-yr college
- 1-2 page essay describing your financial need and educational philosophy
- 1 letter of recommendation(on appropriate letterhead)
- Community Service Verification(optional)
- A completed application
Selected students will be required to show proof of identification (e.g. student ID card or drivers license) along with a photo that is required for souvenir book. Additionally, recipient must attend the scholarship luncheon with family members or friends in order to receive the award.
